Each artwork in the Soul Trip or Silent Bloom collection is a unique piece whose density and texture demand exceptional logistics. To ensure that the essence of the material arrives intact at its future sanctuary, we employ a museum-grade transport protocol.
Wooden Crating: All artworks, particularly the 40mm high reliefs, are protected by a custom-made wooden crate, compliant with international transport standards (ISPM 15). This rigid structure prevents any pressure on the sculptural relief.
International Shipping: We ensure the safe and secure transport of your acquisitions to Canada, the United States, and Europe. We work exclusively with carriers specializing in contemporary art, offering comprehensive "nail-to-nail" insurance for complete peace of mind.
Costs and Delivery Times: Crating and shipping costs are accurately calculated based on the size of the item and the delivery location. A detailed quote will be provided to you during the purchase phase.
Exchange and refund policy
Encountering a work by Patrice Dufour is a mutual commitment to precision and beauty. Given the unique and sculptural nature of each creation, our policy aims to protect the integrity of your artistic investment.
The Integrity Guarantee: Each piece undergoes rigorous inspection and condition assessment before leaving my sanctuary. Upon receipt, we invite you to verify the condition of the relief in the presence of the carrier.
Firm Sales: Due to the impeccable and unique nature of the bas-reliefs, acquisitions are considered final. This ensures the enduring value of the artwork within your collection.
Damage Support: In the rare event that transport affects the material's structure, we will immediately activate our specialized insurance. I personally guarantee to oversee the restoration or replacement of the part to restore its original frequency.
